Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on passport, visa, and travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
