Content Editor – Personal Brand (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Content Editor to help build a personal brand from the ground up. This full‑time remote position focuses on turning long‑form recordings into engaging short‑form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos with a strong focus on viewer retention.
• Transform long‑form recordings into multiple pieces of content.
• Add captions, B‑roll, graphics, and sound effects to increase engagement.
• Identify the best hooks and moments from each recording.
• Suggest ideas to improve content performance.
• Organize footage and help build an efficient content workflow.
• Continuously learn and improve alongside the brand.

Required profile

• Loves social media and content creation.
• Seeks a long‑term role rather than hopping between clients.
• Pays attention to detail and takes initiative.
• Coachable, quick learner, and enjoys making videos more engaging.
• Good English comprehension.
• Aims to grow into a larger creative role over time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro or CapCut (both a plus).
• Basic knowledge of After Effects (bonus).
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude.
