Consumer Electronics Key Account Manager – Caracas

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Consumer Electronics Key Account Manager to lead our sales initiatives across Venezuela. The role focuses on driving sell‑out performance, expanding our partner network, and ensuring our brand remains competitive in a fast‑changing market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost sell‑out performance and retail competitiveness across Venezuela.
• Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, retailers, and corporate accounts.
• Expand the partner network by evaluating and onboarding strategic partners to increase market coverage and brand presence.
• Monitor market dynamics such as currency fluctuations, regulations, competition, and consumer trends, adapting go‑to‑market plans and promotional activities accordingly.
• Train, coach, and upskill internal and external sales teams to enhance retail capabilities and performance.
• Lead the in‑store promoter team across key regions, handling recruitment, performance management, and motivation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of market development experience, preferably in the Venezuelan consumer electronics or mobile device market.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in a relationship‑driven business culture.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of Venezuela's economic environment, channel structure, and import/logistics challenges.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑changing market.
