Construction Manager – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the night‑shift execution of a major Airport EPC construction project in Venezuela. The role requires overseeing all civil, structural, architectural and MEP works while ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall construction execution across civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity and resource allocation.
• Resolve technical, coordination and site execution challenges.
• Support testing, commissioning, hand‑over and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing airport, aviation or mega‑infrastructure EPC projects.
• Strong background in construction management, site execution and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience delivering large‑scale projects with international contractors and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction management experience, including at least 8 years on airport, aviation, transportation or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience on EPC projects valued above USD 200 million.
• Knowledge of international construction standards, contracts and project delivery.
