Construction Manager - Dayshift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of a major Airport EPC Construction project in Venezuela. The role is day‑shift, full‑time and focuses on delivering safe, on‑time, and high‑quality results across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall construction execution for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Resolve technical, coordination, and site execution challenges.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Minimum 8 years managing airport, aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience on EPC projects valued above USD 200 million.
• Experience delivering large‑scale projects with international contractors and stakeholders.
