Career Framework Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Career Framework Specialist to shape and maintain the career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for its Talent organization. This remote position focuses on bringing clarity and scalability to role architectures across a global tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and govern career paths, leveling structures, and job families for Talent roles.
• Create and maintain detailed role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of all Talent‑related frameworks.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Document changes clearly and distribute them globally.
• Support audits and talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven track record designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with flowchart or mapping tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
