About the role

We are seeking a Career Framework Specialist to design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for our Talent organization. This remote position will help shape clear, scalable role structures across a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
• Define role responsibilities, seniority distinctions, and ensure consistency across the organization.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Document and communicate framework updates in a globally usable format.
• Support audits and talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven ability to design career paths, job families, or role architectures.
• Strong analytical mindset with a talent for turning complex information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with flowchart or mapping tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
