Business Development Manager – B2B & Government

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and expanding our presence across corporate and government accounts. The ideal candidate is a commercial professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to generate sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth prospects.
• Design and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Evaluate new business models, sales channels and partnership opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and support the formation of strategic alliances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or key account management.
• Experience managing corporate and/or government accounts.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build strategic partnerships.
• Advanced English proficiency.
