Business Development Director

About the role

The Business Development Director will act as the senior investment professional for Bridge Holding Venezuela, driving the creation and maintenance of a pipeline of investment‑grade opportunities across Latin America. The role blends hands‑on deal sourcing with strategic oversight of investor relations, partnership development, and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source investment opportunities across LATAM markets through direct engagement, networks, advisors and deal flow channels.
• Lead targeted sourcing initiatives, cold outreach, competitive bids and advisor relationships in sectors such as private equity, real estate, energy, infrastructure, technology and finance.
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, co‑GPs, family offices and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Conduct market analysis to shape Bridge Holding’s entry strategy, regulatory assessment and macro‑economic outlook.
• Develop and execute market positioning and brand‑building activities, including thought leadership and investor communications.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in private equity investment, deal evaluation and relationship development within Latin America.
• Proven track record of building institutional and family‑office networks.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to operate autonomously while aligning with firm governance.
