About the role

The Sales Representative will actively generate new business by contacting leads and former clients through outbound calls in both English and Spanish. This role is essential for promoting the company’s services, qualifying prospects, and arranging in‑home visits that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in English and Spanish to leads sourced from marketing campaigns, referrals, databases, and past clients.
• Re‑engage former clients to uncover new opportunities and promote additional services.
• Clearly explain the company’s services, value proposition, and process to potential clients.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, eligibility, and interest level.
• Schedule in‑home visits with qualified prospects and ensure accurate capture of information.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment‑setting calls.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
