Bilingual POS Technical Support – Remote Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for two bilingual (English/Spanish) Technical Support Specialists to assist U.S. restaurant clients who use our point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and related hardware. The role is fully remote from Venezuela, and you will provide phone and chat support during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about POS configuration, menus, reports, printers, tablets, payment terminals and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including receipt/kitchen printers, routers, Wi‑Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Provide first‑level support for connectivity outages, device errors, synchronization problems and basic system configuration.
• Document each support case with problem description, troubleshooting steps and final outcome.
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers while maintaining professional communication with the client.

Required profile

• Fluent English (professional spoken and written) and fluent Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, technical help‑desk, or POS/restaurant technology support.
• Ability to follow instructions, document cases and learn new technical procedures quickly.
• Reliable internet connection, personal computer, quiet workspace and backup power solution.
• Willingness to work hours aligned with U.S. restaurant operations.
