About the role

We are seeking a bilingual medical professional (English/Spanish) to join our health‑administration team at our Chacao office. The role involves direct communication with patients, coordination with insurance providers, and ensuring the smooth flow of medical information.

Key responsibilities

• Call patients to convey their medical test results in both English and Spanish.
• Monitor critical test results and alert the clinical team when necessary.
• Ensure medical orders are correctly processed and documented.
• Prepare and submit authorization letters to health‑insurance companies.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Nursing, Bioanalysis, or Nutrition.
• Proficiency in handling digital platforms used for health administration.
• Advanced conversational English in addition to native‑level Spanish.
