Bilingual Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing Officer of Tecbound Technology, a managed IT services provider. Working remotely from Venezuela, you will act as the CMO’s right‑hand, ensuring that all marketing output aligns with our brand and drives sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the external digital marketing agency, reviewing and approving content calendars and ensuring social media posts match broader campaign themes.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to translate marketing activities into sales enablement, managing lead entry, tagging, and assignment in the CRM.
• Prepare customized sales presentations, brochures and other collateral for client meetings, maintaining consistent branding.
• Coordinate outbound campaign logistics, including list management, timeline tracking and response monitoring.
• Organise VIP executive roundtables, handling invitations, RSVPs and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain the weekly marketing scoreboard, track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates and campaign engagement, and alert leadership to under‑performing channels or vendors.

Required profile

• Near‑native English proficiency (C1/C2 level) – non‑negotiable.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing coordination or account management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in copy.
• Reliable fibre‑optic internet connection for uninterrupted remote work.

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in project‑management tools.
