About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, bilingual Insurance Administrative Assistant to support our US insurance client. This fully remote, full‑time position is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in US or Canadian insurance operations who thrive in a fast‑paced back‑office environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Notices of Cancellation
  • Review and update insurance policies
  • Handle BOR/Loss Run request letters, certificates, and binders
  • Complete Acord applications
  • Generate motor vehicle reports and auto ID cards
  • Perform carrier downloads
  • Address billing inquiries, endorsements, and quoting
  • Enter data and produce internal reports
  • Manage email communications with customers
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as needed

Required profile

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish
  • 2–6 years of remote insurance experience with US/Canadian clients
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up) and backup connection
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving abilities

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Agency Management Systems (e.g., AMS360)
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office
