Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Spanish/English (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team. You will provide voice and chat support in both Spanish and English, helping a diverse customer base while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email, delivering exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience in e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
