B2B Sales Representative – Telematics

About the role

We are inviting an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to join our growing South America Sales team in Caracas, Venezuela, focusing on our Telematics devices portfolio for the local B2B market. As part of Teltonika IoT Group, you will help drive the adoption of innovative IoT solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to market research, identifying potential and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
• Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Telematics and its solutions.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.
• Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
• Use a CRM system to log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities following best practices.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on B2B Telematics sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong experience in IoT, focusing on Telematics solutions.
• Expertise in cold‑calling, pipeline generation, and proactive client search.
• Experience delivering business presentations and leading client meetings.
• Proven ability to work under KPIs, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in commercial or business fields.
• English proficiency (spoken, written, understanding) at least B2 level.
