B2B Marketing Specialist

About the role

The B2B Marketing Specialist will join Wesworth Electric’s Caracas office to drive growth in commercial, industrial and multifamily markets. Working closely with sales and operations, you will create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch email, digital and sales‑enablement campaigns aimed at B2B audiences.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Create content for presentations, proposals and marketing collateral.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, reporting on lead generation and ROI.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and support customer retention programs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and client interactions.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to support account management.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within construction, electrical contracting or related industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office and collaboration software.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools and basic data analysis.
