Auto Body Estimator

About the role

The Auto Body Estimator provides an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates, coordinating repair needs, and keeping customers and insurance companies informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with accurate details and update information efficiently.
• Provide customers with timely information, guide them through the repair process, and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, company processes, and KPIs.
• Participate in daily production walks, health & safety meetings, and training sessions as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive estimating or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I‑CAR training.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
