Architect (Revit) – Construction Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of detailed construction documentation and coordinate multidisciplinary projects. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, renderings, and ensuring compliance with building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renderings, preferably using Lumion.
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Maintain and update Revit models with precision and code compliance.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong architectural background with proven experience in drafting and construction detailing.
• Ability to organize tasks, prioritize work, and maintain detailed records.
• Professional attitude and effective communication skills.
