About the role

Join Invited’s vibrant club environment as an Aqua Fitness Instructor, leading engaging water‑based fitness classes for members. You will create a motivating atmosphere that encourages participants to achieve their health goals while ensuring safety and enjoyment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dynamic aqua fitness classes, providing clear instruction and personalized cues.
• Maintain a service‑oriented environment, greeting members, offering towel and water service, and promoting club amenities.
• Design and update class curricula, choreography, and music playlists based on current fitness trends.
• Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly stocked before and after sessions.
• Complete class administrative tasks and adhere to club operating standards.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities offered by the club.

• Passionate about fitness and able to inspire confidence in participants.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on member service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a club setting.
