About the role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our renewable energy team. Working remotely, you will contact homeowners, explain the advantages of solar power, and schedule qualified consultations for our sales advisors.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective residential customers.
  • Educate homeowners on environmental and financial benefits of solar energy.
  • Qualify leads based on roof type, electricity usage, and homeownership status.
  • Accurately record lead information and schedule appointments in our CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient attitude; able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or the solar industry is a strong plus.
  • Tech‑savvy with familiarity of CRM and VoIP tools.
  • Reliable home office setup with high‑speed internet and a professional headset.
