Anti-Piracy Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Anti‑Piracy Engagement Specialist to act as the liaison between software vendors and businesses across Latin America. The role focuses on ensuring software license compliance, handling inquiries, and supporting anti‑piracy initiatives—all from a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead email, phone, and video conversations with clients regarding licensing and compliance cases.
• Analyze case data, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and keep spreadsheets up‑to‑date.
• Negotiate solutions to resolve compliance issues and manage leads through the sales funnel.
• Document processes, generate reports, and share best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or compliance.
• Resident of a LATAM country.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Own reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet connection.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using CRM software and ability to learn new platforms quickly.

What we offer

• 100 % remote work.
• Base salary $800 USD per month plus a performance bonus up to $200 USD.
• Three‑month trial period leading to a long‑term contract.
