About the role
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Analyst to act as a bridge between the Human Resources department and business units in Caracas. The role will support talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a high‑performance culture while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building projects.
- Manage payroll processes as a mandatory function.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in HR, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to make data‑driven HR decisions.
