About the role
The Temporary Collections Analyst will support Mondelēz International’s finance team in Venezuela by managing daily accounts‑receivable activities, ensuring timely cash collection and handling deductions. The role focuses on reducing overdue balances, applying payments correctly, and collaborating with sales and other functions to maintain accurate customer ledgers.
Key responsibilities
- Execute cash collection according to payment terms and chase overdue invoices to meet targets.
- Process deductions, communicate with relevant departments, and ensure they are cleared or recovered.
- Reconcile credits and deductions promptly.
- Partner with sales to monitor account ledgers and manage debt.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and Excel.
Required profile
- Experience in accounts receivable or finance.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand broader business context.
