About the role
The Collections Analyst will manage daily accounts‑receivable activities for Mondelēz International in Venezuela. The role focuses on executing cash collection, reducing overdue invoices, applying payments, and handling deductions and claims to support the company’s cash flow.
Key responsibilities
- Execute cash collection in line with payment terms and chase overdue invoices to meet targets.
- Apply customer payments accurately in SAP and reconcile accounts.
- Process and resolve deductions, claims and credits, ensuring timely communication with relevant functions.
- Partner with the sales team to monitor ledger balances and manage debt exposure.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of collection activities.
Required profile
- Experience in accounts receivable or finance functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of broader business context and willingness to drive results.
Required skills
- SAP (accounts receivable module).
- Microsoft Excel and general MS Office proficiency.
