Agentic Generative AI Engineer - Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to design and build autonomous AI systems that can plan, reason, and execute complex business tasks. The role is fully remote and focuses on integrating generative models with structured orchestrations to improve operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop single‑ and multi‑agent AI systems capable of autonomous task execution.
• Implement agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows that support perceive‑plan‑act‑reflect loops.
• Integrate generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and external tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and safety guardrails for AI outputs.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy, transparency, and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI engineering.
• Proven track record developing generative AI applications and solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflow design.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
