Administrative & Operational Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Rah, a fast‑growing snack brand, is looking for an Administrative & Operational Analyst to keep day‑to‑day business running smoothly. This remote, full‑time position supports supply chain, marketplaces, logistics, hiring and internal operations while working independently and solving problems proactively.

Key responsibilities

• Place inventory and operational orders with manufacturing partners, covering finished goods, raw materials, packaging and equipment.
• Monitor inventory across online marketplaces and coordinate replenishment using internal forecasting models.
• Source and evaluate raw‑material suppliers and manufacturing partners for new and existing products.
• Coordinate logistics, including retail order deliveries and inventory movement between warehouses and fulfillment partners.
• Draft, manage and track contracts while ensuring compliance.
• Support quality‑assurance standards across facilities.
• Assist hiring by prospecting candidates, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Create invoices and support payroll administration.
• Address unexpected operational challenges and devise independent solutions.
• Analyze outputs from internal bots/tools focused on market and keyword data.
• Identify high‑potential product opportunities for R&D based on demand, competition and market gaps.
