Account Manager – Americas

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across the United States and Latin America, ensuring that beekeeping and pollination programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role coordinates project execution with internal teams, tracks progress, and identifies opportunities to expand existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client accounts, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison for clients, communicating proactively in both English and Spanish.
• Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and budgets, collaborating with operations, technology, and sales teams.
• Provide regular updates to clients on milestones, deliverables, and program outcomes.
• Travel to client sites and field locations across the US and LATAM for on‑site oversight.
• Gather and compare supplier quotes for beekeeping equipment, supporting logistics and documentation across countries.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven account or project management experience, preferably in agriculture or sustainability.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines.
• Negotiation experience with external suppliers or vendors is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the US and LATAM.
• Interest in beekeeping, agriculture, or sustainability is advantageous but not mandatory.
