Account Executive – Remote B2B SaaS (uncapped commission)

About the role

100Hires is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue for its B2B SaaS recruiting platform. You will work fully remote, managing the entire sales cycle from prospect discovery to closing, while representing a fast‑growing, bootstrapped company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, conduct live demos, handle objections, and close deals.
• Perform deep discovery to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails, design cold‑outreach sequences, and test new approaches.
• Host weekly webinars and create educational videos for prospects and customers.
• Act as a product evangelist, showcasing deep knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably with $1K–$5K ACV.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, async communication.
• Strong live‑demo and objection‑handling abilities.
• Quick learner with the capacity to understand the product and its use cases.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and clear voice.
• Highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
