Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the design, coordination and delivery of learning initiatives for a global technology company. You will work remotely alongside experienced L&D professionals, helping to build a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e‑learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to aid evaluation and improvement of programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
