Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Young Professional to join our Learning & Development team on a fully remote basis. This entry‑level position offers the chance to support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training initiatives within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics for training programs, workshops and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is organized and up‑to‑date.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to aid evaluation and enhancement of learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
