Vendor Coordination Specialist – Remote

About the role

Premier Pads is seeking a proactive Vendor Coordination Specialist to support its expanding portfolio of short‑term rental properties. Working fully remotely, you will ensure that all maintenance, repair, and specialty services are scheduled, executed, and documented efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialty services across multiple markets.
• Collaborate closely with the in‑house handyman team to prioritize work orders.
• Track each work order from initiation to completion, collecting photos, videos, invoices, and other documentation.
• Maintain and grow a reliable vendor network, monitoring performance metrics such as response time, quality, and cost.
• Manage recurring services including pool care, pest control, landscaping, and other scheduled tasks.
• Ensure all vendor invoices are accurately submitted to Finance.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in property management, operations, or similar coordination roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and follow through on details.
