Technical Sourcer (Remote)

About the role

Toptal is seeking a dedicated Technical Sourcer to join its fully remote sourcing team. You will work closely with the Matching and Screening teams to build a high‑quality pipeline of software development experts for the company’s global talent community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top technical talent worldwide.
• Identify, reach out to, and engage qualified software developers using Toptal’s proprietary tools.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates and track progress against sourcing KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to develop process playbooks and scale sourcing operations.
• Analyze sourcing data, test assumptions, and implement data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting technical professionals.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; no visa sponsorship provided.
