Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to turn Talent Acquisition data into actionable insights. You will design KPIs, monitoring systems and dashboards that give leadership a single source of truth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies and translate data into insights for leadership.
• Define, refine and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops and data inconsistencies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to create and maintain accurate dashboards.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience focused on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimisation, KPI definition and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
