About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Review candidate information to evaluate general fit.
- Contact candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the process.
- Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep the recruitment system up‑to‑date.
- Support interviewers by providing candidate profiles, experience summaries, and motivation insights.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
