Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and supporting the evaluation process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to determine general fit for open positions.
• Contact candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews, send calendar invites and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Assist interviewers by providing candidate profiles, experience summaries and motivation insights.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
