About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help initiate conversations, conduct initial interviews, and guide applicants through our hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to evaluate general fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Support interviewers by summarizing candidate profiles, experience, interests, and commitment.
