About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates. You will help conduct initial interviews, assess candidate profiles, and guide applicants through our recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

Review candidate information to evaluate general fit.
Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
Support interview sessions by reviewing profiles, experience, interests, and commitment.

Required profile

Strong communication abilities.
High attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in English.
