Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and validation of technical skill requirements for our clients’ staffing augmentation projects. The role is fully remote and partners with both clients and internal teams to deliver the right engineering talent quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessments and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to match engineers with specific project needs.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles across multiple tech stacks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on various technologies and collaborate with sales to improve time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across several programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
