Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to bridge client services, sales, and talent acquisition. Working remotely, you will analyze our vetted candidate pool and staff IT business opportunities, ensuring timely placements and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Maintain and clean open requisitions to keep them up‑to‑date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and strong business/process mindset.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
