About the role

Join Massage Heights as a Spa Sales Specialist and help elevate the lives of members and guests through exceptional service and wellness education. You will work in a serene spa environment, promoting massage and skincare therapies while driving membership and gift‑card sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by selling memberships, gift cards, and related products.
• Provide outstanding guest service by listening, communicating, and responding to needs.
• Educate guests on the therapeutic benefits of massage and skin therapy.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat, articulate tone.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with team members and guests.

Required profile

• Strong guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services.
• Fast learner with a positive, energetic demeanor.
• Excellent critical‑thinking skills for resolving customer conflicts.
• Passion for interacting with people and delivering outstanding service.
