Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to shape the brand identity and drive engagement for The Darl, a dynamic makeup brand. Working remotely from Venezuela, you will develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone and visual aesthetic across all social channels.
• Proofread and polish all published content to ensure error‑free communication.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages and mentions, providing beauty tips and handling inquiries.
• Monitor TikTok trends, sounds and challenges and integrate them into the content calendar.
• Implement reposting and dueting strategies for user‑generated content on TikTok.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, conversions) and produce regular reports.
• Research and apply effective hashtag and keyword strategies to boost discoverability.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to inform content decisions.

Required profile

• Organized, creative and able to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑4:30 PM PST.
• Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English.
• Experience planning and scheduling social media calendars for US‑focused marketing.
