SEO Team Lead – Organic SEO & AI Search

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to supervise and support our Organic SEO department while staying technically hands‑on. You will work remotely from Venezuela, reporting to the SEO Department Manager and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, delegate, and review daily tasks of the Organic SEO team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong quality‑control standards, coach team members, and improve processes, checklists, and workflows.
• Manage multiple client projects, prioritize deadlines, and coordinate using project‑management tools such as Monday.com.
• Execute and oversee technical SEO, on‑page optimization, content optimization, local SEO, link‑building evaluation, schema, crawlability, and performance analysis.
• Integrate AI tools into SEO workflows, develop AI Search Optimization (AiSCO) strategies, and stay current with emerging AI‑powered search platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organic SEO across technical, on‑page, off‑page, content, and local SEO.
• Previous leadership experience supervising or mentoring SEO professionals.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced English communication (C1/C2) and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Located in Venezuela.

• Technical SEO, on‑page SEO, content and legacy‑content optimization.
• Keyword and search‑intent research, competitive analysis, local SEO, Google Business Profile.
• Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEO reporting and performance analysis.
• Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, WordPress.
• Project‑management platforms: Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello.
