Senior UX/UI Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking senior UX/UI developers to join our multicultural, fully remote development team. You will collaborate with global scrum teams, create intuitive user experiences, and contribute to a fast‑growing software company.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with one or more scrum teams and iterate UX designs in an agile environment.
• Engage with customers to capture real UX requirements and anticipate potential changes.
• Produce quick mock‑ups and prototypes, gather feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Solid experience working as a developer.
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
