Senior UX/UI Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking senior UX/UI developers to join a multicultural, fully‑remote development team. The role focuses on creating intuitive, high‑quality user experiences for web, mobile and device applications while collaborating with global colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more Scrum teams to iterate UX designs in an agile environment.
• Engage with customers to gather real requirements from a UX perspective and anticipate needed changes.
• Produce quick mockups and prototypes, collect feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Solid experience working as a developer.
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
