About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at BairesDev, you will lead complex technical initiatives across distributed teams, ensuring that dependencies, risks, and milestones are clearly visible from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to translate program complexity into concise, actionable updates that keep leadership aligned and informed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Provide executive‑level communication and reporting on program status, outcomes, and next steps.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, remove blockers, and keep programs on schedule.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training programs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record of managing dependencies, risks, and milestones in distributed environments.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
