About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our Remote Freelance RPO team. In this role you will support international recruitment projects, sourcing top‑technology talent for global clients while working independently.

Key responsibilities

Source and attract qualified IT professionals for a variety of technical positions.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews in English.
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and client stakeholders.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure timely delivery of talent.

Required profile

Proven experience recruiting IT and technology professionals.
Bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience conducting sourcing, screening, and interviews in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
