Senior GTM/GA4 Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior GTM & GA4 Analytics Specialist to lead advanced tracking implementations and product feed optimization for a major client in the marketing sector. The role combines deep technical expertise with autonomous problem‑solving in fast‑paced performance‑marketing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations across multiple accounts, configuring advanced event tracking, custom variables and complex triggers.
• Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies, ensuring consistency across paid media and analytics platforms.
• Lead product feed strategy using DataFeedWatch or similar tools, creating advanced feed rules, segmentation logic and performance‑based optimizations.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to improve Shopping campaign performance through feed structure enhancements.
• Troubleshoot feed disapprovals, mismatches and data inconsistencies.
• Configure and validate GA4 tracking frameworks, audit setups and support accurate attribution and conversion tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on GTM implementation experience.
• At least 2 years managing product feeds for Google Shopping campaigns.
• Proven experience in a performance‑marketing agency environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
