Senior Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Provide high‑level, bilingual support to U.S. executives from a remote location in Latin America. You will manage calendars, emails, and executive projects in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring confidentiality and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars and email correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional communication standards.
• Think critically and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 5–10 years of experience in executive support, preferably remote.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
