Senior Bookkeeper

About the role

This full‑time remote position is for a Senior Bookkeeper who will support U.S.‑based clients using QuickBooks Online. You will ensure accurate financial records, prepare statements, and provide insights that help clients make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile accounts and record journal entries in line with standard practices.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for small and mid‑size businesses.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage client accounts and generate reports.
• Support clients with financial decision‑making by delivering clear, data‑based insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance, preferably with U.S. businesses.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks Certification) or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience with small and mid‑size business clients is a plus.

• Base salary ranging from $800 to $1,100 per month plus commission.
